After the market, it was still pretty early (9:30) as everyone was up by 6AM today. We had a tip from a vendor at the market to check out the east coast town of Bathsheba and we took her advice. The trip took us right through the guts of the island, from the south west coast to the north east coast. The drive was interesting to say the least. GT navigating with Google Maps assisting and Dad going up and down hills, narrow roads and jungle like terrain, it was an interesting morning to say the least. When we arrived on the coast, we were treated to breathtaking views and a harsh Atlantic ocean beating up the East Coast of the island.
Evie and Charlie hamming it up for the camera
An old change room for bathers looking to swim on the coast.
Grandma and Charlie showing off the bracelets they just bought from a lady on the beach. Evie picked one out too, but as she has done a few times on this trip, decided she wasn't interested in a photo. So as has been the tradition, we take the photo anyway so Evie can have a laugh at herself when she gets a bit older.
Amazing vistas wow! Good driving Case!
